During this challenging time, we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to maintain an uninterrupted mail handling service, while protecting our staff and clients from the effects of Coronavirus.
Staff with a suitable environment in which to work are now working from home, handling calls, emails and live chats as normal. We have senior managers on rotation visiting the office to receive our clients’ post so we can continue to handle it as required. We ask at this time that clients try to avoid having signed for items delivered to the office.
Like all mail forwarding companies, we are heavily dependant on Royal Mail for receiving and sending on of post. Therefore we suggest clients stay informed with Royal Mail’s own Covid-19 policy which can be found on their website.
We do not anticipate there being any significant change in the service(s) we offer our clients. However, should circumstances change, we shall be sure to communicate this with clients as soon as possible.
